For most roles, this leads to an in-studio interview at our Islamabad office, where we discuss your work in more depth and see if there's a mutual fit. We aim to keep candidates informed at each stage rather than leaving applications unanswered — if you don't hear back within a reasonable window, feel free to follow up.

This depends on the role. Design and architectural positions generally require in-studio collaboration in Islamabad, since day-to-day project work benefits from being physically present with the team. That said, WAA does deliver BIM-based project work remotely for GCC and UAE clients, and roles centered on BIM modeling, visualization, or documentation are often better suited to hybrid or flexible arrangements. If remote flexibility matters to you, mention it when you apply — we'll let you know whether it's realistic for the specific listing.

If you're a recent graduate, be upfront about your experience level rather than overstating it — it helps us match you to the right role.
